Appointments
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Deposits
All deposits are non refundable and only transferable one time.
Your salon appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the salon's scheduling policies. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment and the stylist still services you, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. If you decide to cancel, a $25 late fee or 50% of the cost of the service will be charged. Deposits are non refundable.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
