ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Order processing times are located in the description box of every product & service. If you do not agree with these times we advise that you do not purchase from this website! Expedited Services is also an alternative option if you want your wig faster but must be paid for at the time of purchase. No changes will be allowed after purchase. Please plan accordingly when placing your order. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Please be sure to take your time when placing your order. There are no changes allowed once the order is complete! 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CLIENT
Should the client cancel their order before services are rendered, the deposit will remain non-refundable. If the order was paid in full, 50% of the total cost (equal to deposit) will remain non-refundable. No exceptions! If you do not agree with this term, DO NOT PURCHASE! 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY ANS HAIR STUDIO
ANS HAIR STUDIO reserves the right to cancel any order at the company's discretion. Each case will be handled accordingly. We will not tolerate disrespect, rudeness, threats or like behavior. 

ORDER UPDATES
To keep production flowing, please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the status of your order during the production time. Production times are listed in the description boxes. ANS HAIR STUDIO is not responsible for counting the business days for you! 10 business days is equal to 14 calendar days. Please take the time to calculate your estimated due date using your appointment date. 

ORDER DELAYS
ANS HAIR STUDIO works diligently to fill all orders in a timely manner. We cannot control unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies or inclement weather. In such event, the client will be notified of the delay. 

Vacations and time off will be posted in advance. The client should take note & plan accordingly when placing their orders or waiting for their orders to arrive. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the client to read all information provided on the website. We cannot be held responsible for the client not reading the information that has been provided on the website. 

It is the responsibility of the potential client to ask all questions prior to making their purchase. We cannot be held liable for assumptions made on the client's behalf.

It is the responsibility of the client to enter all information correctly at the time of purchase, including address and contact information. We understand that mistakes are made and we allow 48 hours for these mistakes to be corrected.

PAYMENT PLAN/DEPOSIT
Be advised that all wig services/wig packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book an appointment. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the client's order. If the client is providing their own hair and fail to make the final payment, the order will be held until final payment is rendered, late fees may apply. If the client has purchased a wig package and fail to make the final payment, the order will be cancelled and the deposit will remain non-refundable. Remaining balances may be paid prior to the due date listed on the invoice. Be advised that paying your balance off early does not mean your order will be completed sooner. Payment plan cannot be used in conjunction with any sales or promotions.

SALES/PROMOTIONS/DISCOUNTS

Sales and/or promotions cannot be combined.

Coupon codes cannot be used during sales/promotions.

Sale prices are not eligible for the payment plan.

Sale prices must be paid in full during the time of purchase.

COLORING SERVICES ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL SALES!

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of services, there are no refunds.
All hair and closures are final sale.
All wigs are custom made to order and there are no refunds given.
